Sasha Miletic, Broker

Sasha’s career in real estate began in 1980 as a janitor in his father’s company, Prime Realty Inc. During the summer months, in between graduating from high school and right before starting university, Sasha obtained his real estate license. He sold houses, part-time up until his graduation from the University of Western Ontario in 1990.
As a new agent, Sasha was one of the Top Listing and Selling agents in all of Windsor and Essex County and in 1996 took on a managerial roll in Prime Realty.
Between 1996 and 1999 Sasha served as a director of the Windsor Essex County Real Estate Board. And in 2004 orchestrated the merger / sale of Prime Realty to REMAX Preferred Realty Ltd. making REMAX the single largest real estate office in the county.

This now freed up Sasha’s time to create the “Market Control” Home Selling System, which helps Homeowners sell their home faster and for more money by using strategic Internet marketing strategies to drive high levels of traffic to their houses.
Sasha is a dedicated family man and is married to his beautiful wife Louisa and is a proud father to his 2 sons, Steven and Andrew. He enjoys golf (with a 32 handicap), reading, marketing, the Detroit Lions, and traveling with his family.

Kevin Mollard, Sales Representative

Kevin Mollard is a selling partner and was licensed since 1986. He has consistently been a multi-million dollar producing agent time and time again having been involved with over 600 transactions and most of his business is from repeat customers and referrals. Kevin is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie.
Kevin’s area of expertise is residential re-sale, condominium and new homes and excels in pricing property at their current market values.
He enjoys golf, hockey and is an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Kevin is a single parent that proudly raised his son Kyle and daughter Ashley and put them through University and looks forward with hanging out on the links with his kids.

Kristen Allick, Sales Representative

Kristen is a selling partner and has been licensed since 1992. Prior to joining Sasha’s team, Kristen was a million dollar producer and a member of REMAX’s prestigious 100% Club.
She primarily works with buyers, especially first time buyers, in all price ranges and is committed to making sure that every client and customer she deals with gets the very best service and is 100% satisfied. Her goal is to make your home purchase as stress-free as possible.
