It’s hard to believe that another year has flown by so quickly.  At Windsor Reality, we would like to extend to you our very best wishes for a prosperous and healthy New Year.  Thank you for your business and we hope to work with you again in the future.

This has certainly been an interesting year in real estate and fortunately, we are seeing life come back into the market.  This next year promises to be a good one for both sellers and buyers and we are very excited about the opportunities coming our way.

For those considering listing their property, home prices are picking up and buyers are eager to purchase while interest rates are still low.  Of course, these rates won’t last forever and buyers are taking notes.  Now is a great time to plan and get organized by making a list of what needs to get done before you put a For Sale sign in your front yard.  Tasks like painting, carpeting, landscaping and other jobs will be less of a disruption if you give yourself plenty of time.

For buyers, homes are still priced relatively low and with interest rates at historic levels, the time may be ticking on good deals.  Of course, we have no idea what the real estate future holds, but for the first time in a while, we are seeing optimism in our industry which convinces us this will be a great year for home buyers.  Our advice for those seriously considering home ownership, is to save your money, fix any credit issues and visit open houses to see what type of homes interest you.
