When it comes to selling your home for top dollar, exposure or “eyeball traffic” as I like to call it plays a large roll.  Let’s face it, you’ll have a better chance of selling your house it was exposed to 1,000 buyers as opposed to 100.

And with over 95% of buyers starting their home search on-line national and international franchises have have a far greater reach with multimillion dollar budgets allocated to marketing, technology and generating buyer traffic to home.
