Neighborhood:

If your two Windsor homes are in different neighbourhoods, what are the good and bad points of each?  Is crime is an issue? Are parks are nearby, shopping?  Restaurants? Work?  These are all import to consider when making a final decision.  Is one neighborhood more popular?  Will appreciation of one house be better than the other?

The Two Houses:

What are the special features of each home that you feel you must have?  If one has a large backyard that you absolutely need, while the other doesn’t, then write that on your list.  What if one home has a top of the line kitchen that you wanted, but the other requires an overhaul?

Budget:

Certainly, you want to stay as close to your budget as possible.  Has one home been on the market longer?  Usually when this is the case, a seller may be more inclined to drop the price more significantly than another home that just went for sale.
